Of all the Texan barbecue that I got to try during my month living there, Terry Black's takes the cake. If you're a vegetarian, you might want to skip ahead to the next blog post. 

Their blackened brisket was incredible and my favorite side was their macaroni and cheese. I also tried the coleslaw, the creamed corn, and the green beans. Everything was delicious. The venue itself also looks like an authentic bbq joint - this is a must-do on any trip to Austin. 

If you have time, look up the story behind Terry Black's - it's an interesting one. On many barbecue lists, you'll also find Black's Barbecue, but they're different. If you look it up, you'll understand why.
