Because they are made specifically for you or fulfilled specially for your order, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Custom or personalized items, including hand-painted and personalized maps
Framed prints
Digital downloads
Gift cards, if applicable
Custom Order Cancellations: If work has already begun on a custom project, including a proof or design, any completed design or proof fees are non-refundable. Additional cancellation fees may apply depending on the work completed prior to cancellation.
Custom Order Revisions: Custom requests are reviewed before production and may need to be adjusted based on design, size, location, or production limitations. Any changes agreed upon by email will become part of the final order specifications.
Unframed, non-personalized prints and maps may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, unaltered, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email artbyaleisha@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
For personalized maps, we do our best to accommodate requested highlighted locations, but placement may be limited by the map's size, layout, geographic boundaries, or the number of requested locations. Unless specifically confirmed before production, we cannot guarantee that every requested location can be included.
If we made an error and your finished item does not match the details confirmed in your order, please contact us so we can make it right.
To request a return, email artbyaleisha@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for the return.
Please allow 1–3 business days for a response. Return eligibility is based on the date your initial request was sent.
Do not send an item back without first receiving return authorization from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, it must be shipped to the return address provided by our team within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by By Aleisha.
By Aleisha reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
