Minneapolis
Sanjusan
MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA

Minneapolis' North Loop neighborhood has welcomed a new Japanese and Italian infused restaurant called Sanjusan. On the corner of 1st Ave. and 1st Street, you'll find this cozy little spot that's great for a date night or dinner with friends. Born from the owners of other Minneapolis favorites, Martina and Colita, Sanjusan surely won't disappoint.

I tried their cotton candy drink (pictured above), and yes, it was worth it. Their seaweed old fashioned was also unlike any cocktail I've seen before. This is a must-try spot if you find yourself in the Twin Cities - be sure to make a reservation ahead of time as it can fill up quickly!
Must Try Dishes
Their menu changes often, but when I was there last these were my favorite items on the menu:- Verdi Pizza
- Sanjusan Old Fashioned
- Buffalo Cauliflower
- Arancini
- Hanami Cocktail
