Paperboy has one of those infamous Austin food truck stories -- it started as a Food Truck and over the years they expanded into another food truck location. After even more success, they now have their very own permanent location in East Austin. Located on the same street as some of my favorite shops in East Austin, you'll find Paperboy on the corner and it's a great place to grab a coffee with a friend or sit down for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If I were you, I'd plan a day in East Austin. Head to Paperboy for breakfast, then walk down East 11th St. to Take Heart, APT F, and some of the fun vintage stores in between. |
