If you're planning on spending some time in Orange County, California, this surf shop with a coffee shop and store front twist is a must visit. Daydream Surf Shop is my most favorite lil' spot to visit whenever I find myself passing through or spending some time in Newport Beach. It's in an industrial parking lot, which gives it true surf shop vibes. When you walk inside, however, you'll find more than just boards. You'll discover the most beautiful oasis where baristas are serving fresh lavender, oat milk lattes and fresh baked pastries. Walk around their store and you'll also discover some of California's most coveted brands. They sell everything from ceramics and books to vintage clothing and shoes. And of course... surf boards! Daydream has a really awesome membership program for surfers who enjoy taking out new styles of boards. Join the club and you can stop into their shop at any time to pick up a new style of board and take it with you for the week or for the month. Stop in to ask them more about it! |
